General wellness, not medical treatment
misuto is a general-wellness application. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, crisis support, or emergency services. It is not a replacement for care from a qualified professional.
About the protocols
misuto provides guided breathing and visual pacing techniques for everyday calm, focus, energy, sleep, and recovery. Evidence labels describe the support for an underlying technique; they do not establish that the misuto app produces a clinical outcome or is appropriate for every person.
Use the app safely
Stop a protocol if you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath, distressed, in pain, or otherwise unwell. Do not use misuto while driving, operating machinery, in water, or during any activity that requires your full attention. Seek professional guidance before breathwork if you have a relevant medical condition, are pregnant, or are uncertain whether a technique is suitable for you.
Emergencies
misuto cannot monitor your safety or respond to an emergency. Do not rely on the app for urgent physical or mental-health support.
If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department now.
Personal responsibility and limitations
You are responsible for choosing whether to begin or continue a protocol and for using the app in an appropriate environment. Individual responses to breathing and visual exercises differ, and misuto does not guarantee a particular result.
